Pork meatballs with vegetable sauce

Delicious meatballs will cook at home from minced pork with the addition of boiled rice. We cover meatballs with fried onions with carrots and tomato paste, pour water and bake in the oven.

  1. We wash the rice, fill it with water, cook until soft and lay it on colander. Put pork minced meat in a bowl, add chopped blender or chopped onion (1 pc.).

  2. We send prepared rice, ground pepper, salt to minced meat, crushed through a press garlic, egg and mix.

  3. In oil, fry chopped onions (1 pc.) With coarsely grated carrots until soft, add tomato paste, salt and mix.

  4. From the prepared pork mixture, format balls (10-11 pcs.) And put in the form.

  5. Place the fried vegetables in tomato paste on top, pour in water (1 glass), cover with foil and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 60 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil.

  6. We take out the finished juicy meatballs with vegetable sauce and serve with mashed potatoes or boiled rice, pickles and tomatoes.
