Coarse pork fillet with smoked bacon and onions (1 pc.) And pass through a meat grinder. Add chicken to the aromatic minced meat egg, crackers, ground pepper and a little salt. Form from a mixture of 9 balls. We put the oven 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mix sauerkraut with ground caraway seeds, sugar, finely chopped onions (1 pc.) and put in a mold. Pour in cabbage water (150 ml.), on top we place prepared large meatballs and put in the oven for 35 minutes.
