  1. Cut fresh herbs and mix with ground vegetable oil pepper (1 tsp) and salt (1 tbsp). We wash a piece of pork loin and dry with paper towels.

  2. Grate the prepared aromatic mixture with pork and spread into melted butter.
  3. Fry over medium heat on all sides until lightly browned (we seal the juices inside so that the meat becomes juicy when baking).

  4. Fried loin in a cast iron pan is sent to the oven and bake at 190 degrees 40 minutes.

  5. We take out the juicy pork with sage, let it stand for 5 minutes and served with cranberry sauce, vegetable side dishes and salads.
