Prunes go well with any kind of meat and add to it. amazing sweet and sour taste. Cooking pork loin at home with broth and red wine. Red wine will make coarse fibers soft and our loin will turn out delicious, delicate and fragrant.

  1. 1 hour before cooking, rinse and pour the prunes warm water.

  2. We wash the pork loin, season it in a grid for meat or we tie with twine. In a piece in the middle we make a cut with a knife and insert the prunes inside (3 pcs. leave).

  3. Rub the prepared piece in the grid with salt, ground pepper and put in hot oil. Fry on all sides until turns red.

  4. Pour the broth, wine into the pan, add the remnants of prunes and set in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

  5. After 40 minutes, remove the loin, put on the fire and cook on medium heat, turning the piece over until the sauce thickens. Then free from the net, cut and serve with the resulting sauce.
