Tasty and fragrant pork loin will cook at home in the oven with potatoes on one baking sheet. To make the potato juicy bake it with chopped bacon and onions. If you want to make the dish very fragrant, then do not forget to add dried sage.

  1. Peel potatoes thoroughly with a sponge or peel. Cut in half, spread the cut part up on baking sheet, pour oil (2 tbsp) and sprinkle with chopped bacon. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

  2. While baking potatoes with bacon, a piece of pork loin (you can take any loin) wash and make a lot of cuts, but do not cut to the end. Sprinkle with sage, chili pepper, black pepper and salt.

  3. In a pan, heat the remaining oil, spread prepared pork notched down and fry on medium heat on 2 sides until browned.
