  1. In a bowl of a blender we send peeled garlic, chili sauce, chopped ginger root, vinegar, oil and salt (2 pinches). Good beat until smooth.

  2. We wash the pork loin, cut off the fat and protruding parts, so that the piece turned out straight. Spread in a container, pour fragrant garlic sauce, grate, cover and cool for at least 2 hours.

  3. We shift the pickled loin into the mold, pour over the leftovers sauce and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake another 1 hour.

  4. We take out juicy pork loin in chili sauce, leave for 5 minutes, then transfer to a dish, pour sauce from the bottom of the mold and immediately serve.
