We wash the pork loin, put it on the surface and make deep longitudinal sections (5 pcs.). Sprinkle with ground pepper and with salt. Dried apricots, figs, prunes are washed and dried on towel. We set the oven to 190 degrees.

Put dried figs in the upper central section of the loin, in the side near the central – dried apricots, and fill the side cuts prunes.

We fix pork loin with dried fruits culinary twine. Honey mix with oil (2 tbsp.).

We send stuffed pork to the mold, grease with a mixture of honey and oil, pour the wine and put in the oven for 80 minutes. Periodically pour liquid from the bottom.

We take out the finished fragrant loin with dried fruits, remove twine, put on a plate, decorate with herbs and serve on table.
