  1. We wash the pork loin, cut off the fat, the protruding parts, so that a piece turned out smooth, salt. Put the loin in hot oil and fry on all sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until it turns red.

  2. Cheese, ham and garlic are cut into thin slices. On fried we make 4 cuts in a piece, until the end we cut the meat, and insert into cuts slices of cheese, ham and garlic. Salt, pepper and spray with oil.
