  3. We clear the apples from the seeds and cut into slices. We put the oven on 180 degrees.

  4. We insert prepared slices into cuts of loin, send stuffed piece into the mold, pour in the broth, add the leftovers apples and put in the oven for 50 minutes.

  5. We take out the fragrant juicy loin with apples, decorate with parsley and immediately serve.
