Wash small potatoes with peel with a sponge or peel and cut into 4 parts, chopped peeled apple slices, onions – large. Put everything in a bowl, add twigs thyme (can be replaced with dried thyme 1 tsp), salt, water oil and mix.

Vegetables with apples are laid out in a form or large clay potty. We wash the pork loin on the bone, saturate with paper towels, rub with salt, ground pepper and paprika. We place prepared loin on a “pillow” of apples, potatoes, onions onions and cover with foil or a lid.

Put the loin in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour 45 minutes. To get the fried crust, for 20 minutes before cooking, open the loin.
