  1. Wash small potatoes with peel with a sponge or peel and cut into 4 parts, chopped peeled apple slices, onions – large. Put everything in a bowl, add twigs thyme (can be replaced with dried thyme 1 tsp), salt, water oil and mix.

  2. Vegetables with apples are laid out in a form or large clay potty. We wash the pork loin on the bone, saturate with paper towels, rub with salt, ground pepper and paprika. We place prepared loin on a “pillow” of apples, potatoes, onions onions and cover with foil or a lid.

  3. Put the loin in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour 45 minutes. To get the fried crust, for 20 minutes before cooking, open the loin.

  4. We take out the fragrant juicy pork, let it stand for 10 minutes, cut into bones into pieces and serve with baked apples, vegetables and your favorite salad.
