Cooking at home a delicious pork loin on bone with sage, garlic and lemon peel without marinating. The meat is long languishes at a low temperature in the oven and it turns out incredibly delicate, fragrant and juicy.

  1. We take out the pork loin on the bone from the refrigerator 3 hours before start cooking. Rinse and wipe with paper towels.

  2. In a bowl, mix the zest of one lemon, oil and chopped through the garlic press. Finely chop the sage leaves. Prepared cut the loin on the underside of the bones and open it. We rub the whole piece with salt, pepper, prepared with a mixture of zest, oil, garlic and spread between the bones and meat chopped sage.

  3. Close the loin and, to fix the piece, tie culinary twine (3 threads).

  4. Put the prepared loin into a mold, pour water (250 ml.) and put in the oven at 90 degrees for 3.5 hours. Thermometer for meat inside the piece should show 65 degrees (if there is thermometer). Then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake flavored pork for another 10 minutes until covered brown crust.

  5. We take out the finished juicy loin, leave for 15 minutes, then chop and serve with your favorite salads and side dishes.
