Fragrant pork loin, pre marinade in beer and then baked in the oven, it turns out incredibly juicy, tender and delicious. Beer well softens the coarse fibers of meat, so it often used for cooking meat at home in European countries.

We wash the pork loin, dry it with paper towels, cut off excess fat, meat, so that the piece turns out even. Do on top of the prepared piece shallow punctures with a knife and spread in a bowl.

Ground pepper mixed with oregano, salt and sprinkle with a loin from above. Add chopped garlic.

Pour beer into a bowl with prepared pork, cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably at night.

We shift the pickled pork loin into a mold, water it the resulting marinade, cover with foil and send to preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove the foil from the mold and bake another 20-25 minutes, until the piece is covered with a brown crust. Ready-made fragrant take the loin out, let it stand for 5 minutes, then cut and serve vegetable side dish.
