Slices of pork loin 3 cm thick. Rinse, dry paper towels, rub with oil, ground pepper and salt.

Wrap the prepared slices in strips of bacon if slightly short of length, then slightly stretch, and fasten to junction with a toothpick.

Put the loin in bacon on a baking sheet with foil and send in a preheated oven at 250 degrees 12-15 minutes, until covered with a brown crust. If there is a meat thermometer, the temperature inside the finished piece should be 63 degrees.
