A real kebab is made from lamb meat, but alas, buy fresh and tasty mutton meat is not always presented possible. Therefore, to prepare this dish at home, you can take any other stuffing, I have pork.   1. Add to the prepared or fresh minced meat, shredded green onions and parsley.
  2. To them add paprika, coriander, nutmeg and salt (on I don’t add salt, as I have ready, salted minced meat). Everything mix well.
  3. Moisten your hands in cold water and form balls of minced meat, pierce them with a wooden skewer and form a kebab like shown in the video.
  4. On a baking sheet lay a sheet of foil greased with sunflower oil. Put shaped kebabs on it.
  5. Place the pan in a preheated oven to 180 degrees by 20 minutes. Serve kebab best with potatoes or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal.
