A simple recipe for home cooking fragrant and deliciously delicious pork pre-marinated in spices for pork and baked with a sauce of honey, orange zest and orange juice. Garnish with mashed potatoes.

  1. We wash the pork loin, soak it with paper towels or napkins, rub with salt and generously sprinkle with pork seasoning (you can take any to your liking). Cover a piece in food spices film and cool for at least 8 hours.

  2. We transfer the pickled pork to a pan with butter and fry over high heat from all sides until rosy color. So we seal the juices inside and during baking the meat will remain juicy. We spread the fried piece into the mold, cover with foil and put in oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

  3. Grind the clove in a mortar, transfer to a bowl, add honey, grated zest of one orange, juice of 2 oranges and well mix. We take the loin out of the oven honey-orange juice and bake for another 30 minutes without foil.

  4. We take out a juicy fragrant loin, let stand for 10 minutes, then cut into portions and serve.
