  1. Cut potatoes into slices, green onions – finely.

  2. We wash the pieces of the loin, sprinkle with pepper, salt and fry in oil (2 tablespoons) until lightly browned. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  3. In a bowl, mix the cream with water (2 cups), salt and pepper. On put the prepared potatoes on the bottom of a rectangular shape, sprinkle with green onions and pour the creamy mixture.

  4. Put the fried escalope on the potatoes in the sauce and place in bake for 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender. After 20 minutes after the start of cooking, remove the pork on a plate. Through 40 minutes we put the escalope words on the potatoes, pour the sauce and bake the remaining time. If you leave the escalope at all times, then the meat will boil and become dry.

  5. Ready escalope with creamy potatoes before serving, you can sprinkle with fried bacon.
