Original pork cutlets baked with chicken yolk prepare at home for lunch or dinner. The dish is very tasty and beautiful. We add pork stuffing for flavor with dried marjoram, paprika and cream. On the side dish you can make boiled potatoes and stewed sauerkraut.

  1. Stuffing pork minced with finely chopped or chopped in blender with onion, egg (1 pc.), breadcrumbs, cream, marjoram, paprika, ground pepper and salt. Form 4 cutlets in the middle prepared cutlets we put a glass with the bottom down, press, to form a depression for the yolks.
