  1. Pour Caesar sauce from one plate, pour flour into another. Pork cutlets on my bone, soaked in paper napkins, rub with salt and Italian herbs. We set the oven to 190 degrees.

  2. Roll the prepared cutlets in flour, then dip with two sides in Caesar sauce and spread on a baking sheet or in a mold. We put the burgers on the bone in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.

  3. We take out the fragrant hot patties on the bone, sprinkle finely grated cheese and immediately serve with a side dish and fresh chopped vegetables.
