Escalope will turn out amazingly delicious if the pieces are pork cook the loin in two stages at home – first fry, and then bake breading with eggs, crackers and Parmesan cheese.

  1. In one bowl, beat the egg with a fork, in the other mix the grated Parmesan, crackers, marjoram and salt (2 pinches). Pieces of my loin and soak in napkins.

  2. Dip the pieces of escalope in the egg, roll with the cheese mixture and put on a plate.

  3. Escalope in breading is sent to hot oil (2 tbsp.), fry for 2-3 minutes on each side over high heat and put on a baking sheet or on the wire rack. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depends on the thickness of the pieces.

  4. Hot flavored escalope in cheese breading served with vegetable mashed potatoes and fresh crispy salad.
