- Sift flour into a large bowl through a sieve.

- Pour 4 tablespoons of cold water. Knead very well elastic dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Chop the cabbage finely.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out two circles with a rolling pin about 0.5 cm thick. Having retreated from the edge a few centimeters, by lay out each circle cabbage, sprinkle with cheese on top. The edges of the dough wrap up, partially covering the filling, lay folds.
