  1. In oil, fry chopped mushrooms with eggplant until liquid evaporates, add frozen peas, salt, ground pepper and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

  2. We beat the pork loin well through the cling film, salt, pepper and spread in the middle the prepared mushroom filling. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  3. We turn the pork stuffed into a bag and fasten with twine.

  4. Put the pork bags in a mold, sprinkle with oil and set in the oven for 30 minutes. Fragrant stuffed pork bags take out, remove the twine (for beauty, you can tie with feathers of onions), put on a plate, decorate with chopped lettuce tomatoes and serve.
