  1. Pour poppy water with boiling water and leave for an hour. Then drain.
  2. Mix poppy seeds with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Roll out the dough cut into triangles and put on each poppy.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Triangle collapse into bagel and put on parchment paper.

  5. Send to bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
