  1. The sifted flour is mixed with salt and yeast. In 300 ml. warm add 40 ml of water. olive oil and pour into flour. Knead smooth dough. Cover with a towel and set to rise by 45 minutes to a warm place. Then we crush the dough and let it come up again time.
