Ahead of the weekend, which means it’s time for something tasty. Most of all I like Italian pizza on thin crust. But long ago I was asked to make a recipe for such a pizza, I call it pizza in Russian, it looks more like an open pie on a yeast dough. In any case, it is very tasty.

  1. Knead the dough from warm (not hot!) Milk, salt, yeast, sugar, eggs, butter and flour.
  2. We leave it in a warm place under the film 1,5 hour.
  3. We knead the dough. Roll out the base directly on baking paper for pizza about cm thick, I made it a rolling pin, and then lightly flattened by hands.
  4. We spread the filling, except for the top layer of cheese.
  5. We send in the oven preheated to 200C for 15-20 minutes before golden crust.
  6. We get the pizza, sprinkle with cheese and send for 5 minutes back to the oven. The pizza is ready!
