I made this pizza in 30 minutes, including kneading time dough and baking! You can take any filling, even if you just sprinkle it with cheese, it will be very tasty. Do not overdo the filling, otherwise the dough will get wet and will not bake! Keep yourself this lifesaver in case of sudden guests or hungry household members!

- In kefir, mix salt and soda.
- Pour part of the flour, add a spoonful of oil, pour the remaining flour in parts, kneading the dough.
- Flour can go a little more or a little less, depending on kefir and from the flour itself. It should make a soft, elastic dough.
- Cover the dough with a towel for literally 5 minutes, while cooking stuffing.
- Roll out the dough thinly (0.5-1 cm) directly on baking paper. Grease with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Spread stuffing.
- We send to the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 200C.
