  4. Peel the tomatoes, finely chop the flesh. Can use a blender. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat. Stew 8-10 minutes.
  5. Grease the baking dish with oil. Lay layers of pita bread, minced meat, tomatoes. Repeat layers several times. Top layer made of pita bread.
  6. Melt the butter. Drive the egg into the butter. Add Mayo and grated cheese. Stir well. Pour the resulting mass evenly lasagna.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put Lasagna in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Bake until golden brown. File on a table is possible with sour cream.
