- Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash the vegetables. Garlic and peel the carrots. Cut the corn into rings 2 cm, carrots 5 mm rings, chop the garlic, in thyme, separate the leaves from stem, with a fine grater, remove a thin layer of yellow from the lemon skin, zest, cut the lemon into slices.
- Fold the carrots in a saucepan, pour boiling water so that the water completely covered carrots. Cook it over high heat 5-7 minutes, until softened. If you wish, you can add corn.
