  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash the vegetables. Garlic and peel the carrots. Cut the corn into rings 2 cm, carrots 5 mm rings, chop the garlic, in thyme, separate the leaves from stem, with a fine grater, remove a thin layer of yellow from the lemon skin, zest, cut the lemon into slices.
  2. Fold the carrots in a saucepan, pour boiling water so that the water completely covered carrots. Cook it over high heat 5-7 minutes, until softened. If you wish, you can add corn.
  3. Wash the fish, dry, separate from the skin, check lack of pits, cut into pieces. Salt and pepper over taste, sprinkle with garlic, 1/2 thyme leaves, lemon zest. Sprinkle it all with the juice of one, two slices of lemon.
  4. Fold in a baking dish, oiled, broccoli, carrots, corn, lay on top and salmon steaks, salt with vegetables and pepper to taste and put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes before readiness.
  5. Pour the cream into the second in the saucepan, add the remaining thyme and lemon zest, basil, salt and pepper to taste and stew, stirring until the sauce thickens.
