Pineapple Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon

  • 12 large shrimp
  • A quarter of sliced fresh pineapple or 400 gr. sliced pineapple in its own juice, but without juice
  • 6 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 12 toothpicks

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat a skillet over moderate heat. Holding the shrimp put a slice of pineapple in its natural bend and then wrap in slice of bacon. Secure the resulting roll with a toothpick. Do the same operations with the rest of the shrimp.
  2. Put the shrimp in a skillet and fry for about three minutes or until the bacon will not become crispy, and the shrimp will not darken. Recipe wrapped shrimp with melon and melon dip sauce.
