  1. We remove the skin from the chicken so that it turns out whole with wings and legs, and remove the chest, back and hips, then we sew a throat.
  2. Onion cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil add turmeric, and transfer to a plate.
  3. Cut the carrots into 2-3 parts, fill with vegetable oil (150 ml) and fry on all sides, then cut into strips and sprinkle carrots in the winter.
  4. Boil rice (it is very important to use long-grain steamed rice) until almost ready in salted water.
  5. The meat that was removed from the chicken, separated from the bone and cut dice, fry in the oil where the onions were fried, salt over to taste.
  6. When the meat is fried, remove from heat, add rice, onion, carrots and mix everything.
  7. We stuff chicken (skin) with pilaf, then sew up from below by threads.
  8. We spread the chicken on a baking sheet, salt the skin and send bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 °.
  9. While the chicken is baked, we make a salad for serving. Cucumbers tomatoes, chinese cabbage, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro cut very finely, salt and season with vegetable oil.
  10. Put the salad on a large flat plate, and on top of the chicken, enjoy your meal.
