Pike perch is a wonderful fish! She has very few bones, she low-fat and low-calorie. But it’s very tasty and healthy. Baked pike perch is good in that it is suitable for both adults and to children. Therefore, I propose to cook this delicious fish at home oven with cheese, onions and sour cream. To make the dish even more tender, it is worth using low-fat sour cream or baby curd.

  1. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Pike perch fillet lay out evenly. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
  2. Cut the onion into thin rings and lay on top of the fish.
