  1. Preparing the dough: 18 g dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp flour (s slide), mix. Add 150 ml of warm milk and leave on 15 minutes.
  2. Cooking the dough: 1 egg + 1 tsp sugar + 200 ml milk + 50 gr butter (pre-melted). Mix.
  3. Gradually add the flour, start with 400 gr, pour in the dough and mix.
  4. We start kneading the dough by adding flour (it took me another 500 gr).
  5. When kneading the dough, remove it in a warm place for 40 minutes. Then be sure to mix it again and remove for another 1 hour. Only then can we begin to form our pies.
  6. Cooking the filling: boil and grind 300 g of chicken liver on a grater. Fry 1 onion and 1 carrot in a pan. Rice (200 gr) boil in advance. All this mix. Salt and Spices to taste.
  7. We form our pies. Grease them with an egg and clean in the oven for 40-45 minutes (180 C). Maybe you have it take more time. It all depends on the power of your oven.
