  1. Make a dough: add yeast, salt and sugar to the water. Mix.

  3. Cover the dough and leave for 1.5 hours.
  4. Cook the potatoes until cooked, adding salt to it. Add to cooked potatoes butter and mashed. Add grated cheese and mix.
  5. Divide the dough into 14 parts. Form pies.
  6. Fold them upside down on greased baking paper. oil.
