  1. Peel, boil and mashed the potatoes.
  2. Cook the liver and scroll through the meat grinder.

  3. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan on vegetable oil.
  4. Add potatoes and liver to the onion, pepper to taste and to salt.
  5. In a small amount of warm kefir, dilute sugar, salt and vegetable oil.
  6. In another bowl, stir the egg with a fork.
  7. In another bowl, mix yeast with sifted flour. Pour in kefir mixture and egg (leave a little testicle for lubrication pies). Knead the dough. Put in a warm place on half an hour.
  8. Knead the dough, cut into balls, roll a flat cake from each. Put the filling in the center, pinch the edges carefully and form pies.
  9. Put the patties seam down on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Grease the testicle on top. Bake 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
