- Knead the yeast dough. In warm (NOT HOT!) Milk add yeast, sugar, salt, egg, vegetable oil, melted butter.
- Pour the sifted flour (400 g), knead the dough, adding flour as needed.
- We shift the dough into a deep clean dish, grease vegetable oil, cover with a film, put in a warm place on 1,5 hour.
- After 1.5 hours, we crush the approached dough and leave for another 1.5 hours.
- For the filling, chop the onion, cut the eggs, pour the melted oil, season to taste.
- We make pies in any way convenient for you. I like to do thin seam and put the seam down so that the pie is smooth and beautiful glossy on top.
- Leave them for 20 minutes.
- Grease with a beaten egg.
- We bake in an oven preheated to 200С for about 20 minutes.
- We take out hot cakes, grease and cover towel for 10 minutes.
