  1. Knead the yeast dough. In warm (NOT HOT!) Milk add yeast, sugar, salt, egg, vegetable oil, melted butter.
  2. Pour the sifted flour (400 g), knead the dough, adding flour as needed.
  3. We shift the dough into a deep clean dish, grease vegetable oil, cover with a film, put in a warm place on 1,5 hour.
  4. After 1.5 hours, we crush the approached dough and leave for another 1.5 hours.
  5. For the filling, chop the onion, cut the eggs, pour the melted oil, season to taste.
  6. We make pies in any way convenient for you. I like to do thin seam and put the seam down so that the pie is smooth and beautiful glossy on top.
  7. Leave them for 20 minutes.
  8. Grease with a beaten egg.
  9. We bake in an oven preheated to 200С for about 20 minutes.
  10. We take out hot cakes, grease and cover towel for 10 minutes.
