  1. Dissolve yeast and butter in warm milk. Add sugar, salt, yolk and flour. Knead the dough so that it is soft and slightly sticky to hands. Put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips, peel and finely chop the onion, warm the olive in a pan butter. Fry the potatoes in it for 5 minutes until golden brown. Take out the potatoes and fry the onions here for another 3 minutes.
  3. Wash the chanterelles, chop coarsely. Fry over high heat on butter until all the liquid has evaporated. Pepper and to salt. Combine with the onion.

  4. In a separate saucepan, add sour cream and crushed milk garlic, bring to a boil. Pour in flour, stir until homogeneity. Combine this mixture with mushrooms.
  5. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, put in it dough and stretch on the sides. Lay out in the center in layers: first potatoes, then mushrooms, grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
