- Finely chop the cabbage and stew, slightly salting, on the vegetable oil until half ready.
- Fry minced meat until tender. Mix with cabbage and spices.
- Beat eggs with mayonnaise and kefir.
- Add salt, slaked soda and flour. Whisk. Dough done.
- Pour half the dough into the mold, lay out the filling more or less evenly.
- Spread the remaining dough into the filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Immediately serve hot to to the table.
