  1. Finely chop the cabbage and stew, slightly salting, on the vegetable oil until half ready.
  2. Fry minced meat until tender. Mix with cabbage and spices.
  3. Beat eggs with mayonnaise and kefir.
  4. Add salt, slaked soda and flour. Whisk. Dough done.
  5. Pour half the dough into the mold, lay out the filling more or less evenly.
  6. Spread the remaining dough into the filling.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Immediately serve hot to to the table.
