  1. I add sugar, yeast to warm milk, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Sift flour into a bowl, make a recess in the center, send here butter, salt and an egg.
  3. Mix and start slowly adding milk with yeast, knead the dough.
  4. I cover the finished dough with a towel and leave it for 1 hour in warm location.
  5. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and fry it on vegetable oil, then add the minced meat and fry all together.
  6. When the meat is soft, add sour cream, a clove of garlic, passed through a press, salt (a little less than 1 tsp) and good a pinch of pepper.
  7. Stir and carcass without a lid until almost complete evaporation liquids.
