  3. For shtrezel (top crispy filling), grind in a bowl sugar with butter.
  4. Pour flour, grind the mass with your hands in crumbs.
  5. For the dough, in a bowl also mix granulated sugar with softened oil.
  6. Pour flour with baking powder, knead the dough.
  7. Put the dough in a greased baking dish, arranging sides.
  8. Lay the lingonberry filling on top.
  9. Lingonberries close with a layer of shtrezel.
  10. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees by 40 minutes. Cut the pie completely chilled to make the dough well soaked and not crumbled. Enjoy your meal!
