  1. Cut the pikeperch fillet into medium sized pieces, sprinkle ghee.
  2. Boil rice in salted water (cook for 15-20 minutes).

  3. Chop green onion, dill. Pepper, salt. Mix with rice.
  4. Divide the dough into two unequal parts so that one of them is twice as much. Roll a larger piece into a rather thick flat cake 1 see. In the center of it lay half the rice with greens, while leaving free edges about 8 cm wide. Put fish on top of rice, and on top of it is the remaining rice. Drizzle with ghee. Free edges the dough to lift up.
  5. Roll out a small piece of dough into a cake and lay on top fillings, pinch the edges. Grease on top with yolk with melted butter. Leave the cake for 20 minutes.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 170 C. Ready cover the pie with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
