Therefore, I always have a frozen supply there is a dough: simple yeast, layered yeast and yeast-free. And if you have one, then this recipe is delicious and quick cake for you. This is where I used simple yeast dough, but from puff cake it turns out no less tasty. The most delicate filling from cottage cheese is complemented by sweetness and piquancy of tomatoes.   1. Take the finished dough out of the freezer in advance so that it unfreezes.
  2. As I said above, I used a simple yeast dough. Roll out a little more size of the form in which you will bake pie.
  3. At the bottom of the form, lay a sheet of parchment, if this is not available, then just grease the mold with sunflower oil.
  4. Lay out the dough into the shape, creating the sides. If you use puff pastry, then at this stage pierce it with a fork.
  5. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and salt according to your to taste.
  6. Put the tomatoes on the pie with the slice down.
  7. Put cottage cheese on the empty spaces between the cherry.
  8. Sprinkle garlic powder on top.
