  1. In a large saucepan, combine milk, sugar (for topping), some salt, vanillin and butter (for filling).
  2. Put the pot on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil, so that the butter and sugar are completely dissolved in milk. Take off fire.
  3. Add poppy seeds and semolina to the hot milk mixture. Stir vigorously and set aside for 10-15 minutes, occasionally stirring the filling so that there are no lumps from semolina.
  4. While the filling is infused, prepare the dough. Put in a bowl flour, sugar, vanillin, baking powder, butter and grind everything crumbly, it’s more convenient to do it with your hands.
  5. In a detachable baking dish, cover the bottom with parchment paper. Put 2/3 of the dough into a mold and lightly tamp.
  6. In the finished swollen filling, add mashed with a fork curd and mix well. Put the finished stuffing on prepared dough in the form. Spread evenly on top remaining dough.
  7. Put the cake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 1 hour. Pie with cottage cheese, poppy seeds and semolina is good in both in warm and chilled form. Enjoy your meal.
