- We prepare yeast dough: 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of milk, mix with yeast, egg, salt and flour (flour sprinkled on the eye, it took about 3-4 cups). Leave for 1 hour.
- Cooking the filling: fry the onions in a pan, then add carrots and mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes, add cabbage and simmer on average fire for 20 minutes (add salt to taste).
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil (the dough should hang down at the edges to cover the pie).
- We spread the filling on the dough and cover it with the edges, from above you can decorate with various patterns from the dough (I made hearts), grease dough with egg and send to the oven for 25 minutes at 180 °.
