  1. Squirrels separate from the yolks. Beat whites until peaks.
  2. Add yolks sahzam, vanillin, flour and baking powder, mix. Add to whipped squirrels.
  3. Peel the apples. Dice half the apples and add to the dough and half slices.
  4. Pour the dough into a mold, put apples on top and bake 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. ⠀ Bon appetit.
