Pickled Okra Sandwich Rolls

The recipes use volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 loaf (680 gr.) Sliced white bread
  • 1 pack (225 gr.) Softened curd cheese
  • 1 can (450 gr.) Pickled okra
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut the crust off the bread. Roll the slices very thin. Lubricate each slice with cream cheese and center the fruit of okra. Roll up. Lubricate the ends of the rolls with a small amount of cream cheese (preferably done with fingers). Roll the sandwich rolls in finely chopped parsley. Optional cut in half.
