  1. My whole chicken, cut off the coccygeal gland, dried. We cut into pieces.
  2. We clean and chop the onion with ringlets. Cut the washed lemon into circles. Finely chop the garlic with a knife.
  3. In a deep container we combine spices (ground paprika, cinnamon, ziru), minced garlic, olive oil and wine vinegar, stir. Put the chicken, carefully grease it with marinade and put onion rings and lemon mugs on top. Close lid or cling film and put in the refrigerator for the night.
  4. After 10-12 hours, place the chicken on a slightly oiled baking sheet, spread onion and lemon as well. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees 60-80 minutes. Occasionally pour the allocated juice.
