  1. Cut the persimmon in half, take the pulp out with a spoon and remove bones.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the pulp persimmons and sugar.
  3. When the mass becomes homogeneous, remove from the stove. Add sifted flour, oatmeal and mix.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Rectangular shape cover with baking paper and pour in the dough. Sent to the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool and cut into strips. Enjoy your meal!
