  1. My pepper, cut into halves, clean from seeds.
  2. Chicken fillet, mine, cut into strips.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Finely chop the champignons and onions, take the pitted olives and that’s it add to the meat. Fry.
  5. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Put the fried stuffing in a bowl, let cool, pour cheese, salt and mix.
  7. Take the halves of the peppers and fill them with the filling, spread on greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees 35 minutes.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce.
