- Preheat oven to 180 °. Pour 150 ml of kefir into a bowl, add olive oil, a pinch of soda, slaked with vinegar, salt over to taste. Mix well and leave for 5 minutes.
- Wash the vegetables. In a tomato, remove the stem, in green and red peppers – stalks and seeds. Chop tomatoes and peppers circles with a thickness of 4 – 5 mm.
- Smoked chicken cut into slices 5 mm thick, pepperoni – slices 2-3 mm thick.
- Gently add flour to a bowl with kefir, leave 30 – 40 g per sprinkle. Stir thoroughly until elastic test.

Sprinkle the vegetables with the remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle sunflower oil. Place the pan in the preheated oven for 7 – 12 minutes until ready.
