  1. Preheat oven to 180 °. Pour 150 ml of kefir into a bowl, add olive oil, a pinch of soda, slaked with vinegar, salt over to taste. Mix well and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the vegetables. In a tomato, remove the stem, in green and red peppers – stalks and seeds. Chop tomatoes and peppers circles with a thickness of 4 – 5 mm.
  3. Smoked chicken cut into slices 5 mm thick, pepperoni – slices 2-3 mm thick.
  4. Gently add flour to a bowl with kefir, leave 30 – 40 g per sprinkle. Stir thoroughly until elastic test.
  5. Put parchment on the surface, sprinkle it with flour. Roll out the dough into a thin layer 5 mm thick. Lay parchment with a baking dish. Spread tomato dough evenly on top the sauce.
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Lay the whole meat filling on top on the sauce. Then sprinkle a little cheese and then evenly lay out the vegetables. Sprinkle the vegetables with the remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle sunflower oil. Place the pan in the preheated oven for 7 – 12 minutes until ready. Cut the finished pizza into slices and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
