Peppermint Ice Cream with Marshmallows

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. crushed soft mint candies with caramel with a cane

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the metal mold in the freezer. Put chocolate mint sweets and 3/4 tbsp. cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring often, until sweets are will melt (about 5 minutes). Cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk in a large bowl with an electric mixer 2 Art. remaining fat cream at a moderately high speed to formation of stable peaks (approximately 2 minutes).
