  1. Let’s make corn bread. We need 100 grams of cornmeal, 50 g of wheat flour, 5 g of dry oregano, 5 g of sesame seeds and 50 g of water. Knead all the ingredients and leave alone for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll the dough very thinly, transfer to a baking sheet and send to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for minutes 10-15. Sprinkle the cake with sesame seeds.
  3. Break the finished cake into bread rolls.
  4. For peppermint dressing we need: 40 g of balsamic white cream, 40 g of honey, 50 g of roasted cashew nuts, 20 g of basil, 40 g rice wine, 30 g mint, 20 g spinach, 100 g vegetable oil and 20 g of parsley. Punch all ingredients with a blender until homogeneity.
  5. Cut the core of zucchini and cut into thin half rings. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin half rings. Vegetables put in a bowl to the fries salad. Pour mint dressing and mix.
  6. Put the salad on a serving plate, decorate with corn bread rolls and strawberries.
